Pre-Press & Design

Sheets are imposed into forms (e.g., 23/36 format) and printed with precise registration. This stage sets the foundation for accurate pagination and folding.

  • Certified Arabic typography specialists
  • Multi-stage scholarly review process
  • Memorization-optimized page layout

Offset Printing

Using state-of-the-art 4-color offset printing technology, each page is rendered with exceptional clarity on 61 GSM archival-grade paper. This ensures durability for years of daily use while maintaining comfortable page weight.

Signature Folding

Printed sheets are folded into signatures and gathered in sequence. Skilled technicians ensure page order and register are perfect before binding.

Quality Control

Every single copy undergoes rigorous quality inspection. Our QC team checks for print clarity, binding integrity, page alignment, and overall finish. Only volumes meeting our exacting standards proceed to packaging.

  • 100% inspection rate
  • Print clarity verification
  • Binding integrity testing
  • Page alignment checks

Cover Design and Printing

Covers are printed with durable inks and materials, combining traditional ornamentation with modern durability standards.

Casing In and Binding

Signatures are sewn or glued, then cased into printed covers. Binding techniques preserve page order and allow the Mushaf to open flat while maintaining structural integrity.

  • Priority to orphan institutions
  • Nationwide distribution network
  • Signed receipt documentation
  • Photo verification at delivery

Adhesive Curing & Final Drying

After casing and gluing, Mushafs enter a controlled drying phase to ensure adhesives cure properly and bindings remain secure over time.

Final Binding Inspection & Storage

Completed Mushafs undergo a final binding inspection. Approved copies are organized and stored in climate-controlled conditions to preserve quality until distribution.

Packaging

Each Qur'an is carefully placed in a custom slipcase for protection during transport. Volumes are then boxed in batches of 32 for efficient logistics while ensuring each copy arrives in pristine condition.

  • Individual protective slipcases
  • Batch packaging (32 copies/box)
  • Moisture-resistant materials
  • Labeled for tracking

Distribution

Our distribution network ensures equitable delivery to rural madrasas, urban schools, and community centers across Bangladesh. Priority is given to orphaned students and underserved Hifz institutions.
